Don Bosco Tech Society is a network of more than 400 skill training centres spread across 29 states in the country making it the largest NGO engaged in livelihood training in India. All the centres provide employment-linked, market-oriented vocational training of short duration to the economically and socially marginalized youth. A social initiative by the Salesians of Don Bosco, it addresses the issues of unemployment and lack of skilled manpower with a market-based approach that is sensitive to the socio-economic needs of marginalized youth.

Tata Motors is one of India's largest automotive manufacturers. The Jamshedpur plant is a major hub for commercial vehicle production. Don Bosco ITI, Kokar, has a direct relationship with Tata Motors, which conducts campus drives at the institute to recruit candidates for its apprenticeship programs. ROYAL ENFIELD is involved in the business of manufacturing, marketing and sales of   motor cycles and spates and intends to initiate certain job oreint4d training and education programmes to equip the student, faculty members, industry personnel and other learners with adequate and updated technological know-how in the area of automobile engineering in order to meet the growing demand of skill manpower in Indian Automotive Sector. Royal Enfield and DB PvtITI have signed an MoU on 5^th April 2018 with the objective:
1. To familiarize young students and faculty members in the latest automobile technology by practically demonstrating to them the most scientific way of repair, maintenance and overhaul of motorcycles by setting up Don Bosco Royal Enfield Technician Certification Programme. 
2.  To educate ROYAL ENFIELD service personnel and service staff of Royal Enfield dealers about the existing and fast changing technology in the field of automobile and mechanical Engineering.

Fenesta Building Systems specializes in manufacturing and installing uPVC (unplasticized polyvinyl chloride) windows and doors. The company has actively recruited candidates from Don Bosco ITI, Kokar, for its operations in Hyderabad. This partnership demonstrates the institute's ability to place students in companies outside of Jharkhand, offering them opportunities in a different industrial sector and location.
