20 Jan 2020-Entrepreneurship Development Training Programme for Staff

20th January 2020: Don Bosco Pvt ITI, Three Staff namely Mr. Azad Oraon, Mr. Uttam Kumar and Ms Saroj Kandulna participated in the 14days Entrepreneurship Developemnt training programme organized by Xavier Institute Of Social Service, Ranchi Sponsored by N.S. & T.E.D.B. Department of Science and Technology Government of India, New Delhi; In Association with Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII) Ahmedabad.  

The main purpose of EDP is to generate the more Entrepreneurs in India through Entrepreneurship and increase the percentage of the employment.  Entrepreneurship can be described as a creative and innovative response to the environment. Such Responses can take place in any field of social Endeavour-business, agriculture, education, social work the like. An entrepreneur is one who organizes, manages and assumes the risks of an enterprise. He/ She visualizes a business, takes bold steps to establish under taking, Co- ordinates the various  factors of production gives it a start. Entrepreneurs are the owner of the business who contribute the capital and bear the risk of uncertainties in business life. They are action orient and highly motivated persons who have the ability to evaluate business opportunities, to gather the necessary resources to take advantage of them and intimate appropriate action to ensure success. Entrepreneurs take decision regarding what to produce, where to produce and whom to produce. We thank Xavier Institute of Social Service for organizing and sponsoring such training programmes to develop staff in the helping trainees to develop their EDP skills and to begin many startups in rural areas of Jharkhand.
